Any FleXtel number can be set to route incoming calls to its voicemail service, with a standard greeting. When set, voicemail will be recorded and forwarded to your email address. Any FleXtel number can be set to route incoming calls to its faxmail service. We have a wide range of free fax to email numbers. Any FleXtel number can be set-up as a conference call number, saving you time travelling, petrol and other costs. FleXtel Conference calling is professional in presentation and a proven winner, especially with business users or family gatherings. Is an exclusive service available with all FleXtel numbers. ICD allows you to specify a secondary destination number to take your calls if you are busy, can't answer the call, or if the callers telephone number is withheld. When DND is set, the Calling Line Identity for incoming calls will be your FleXtel number. This is an ideal solution for small or start-up businesses wishing to publish different FleXtel numbers for different departments, but having only one person to answer the call. FleXtel ACF is part of the ICD service. When ACF is set, incoming calls to your number will be routed to the second destination (e.g. voicemail), when no CLI is sent.FleXtel Number Presentation™(FNP):
FNP allows you to present your FleXtel number as the outgoing Calling Line Identity (CLI). Full details are given in the Number Presentation User Guide.Call Logging:
Receive email alerts when your FleXtel number is called. Emails will show the number of the person who called and when the call was made. Full details are given in the Call notification User Guide.Call Statistics:
Analyse calls made to your FleXtel numbers. Information includes: Total calls received, how many were busy, how many went unanswered, how many were answered, average ring time and average talk time.Privacy:
Using FleXtel numbers means you don't have to release your private, ex-directory phone number and reveal your location.Directory Listings:

Types of Number
Personal 070 Numbers
An 070 number is used by both Personal and Business customers, to redirect calls worldwide. They give the widest range of international destinations and deliver instant access to all major UK mobile networks - Vodafone to Virgin, T-mobile to Tesco and of course Orange, O2 and 3.Business 0870 Numbers
The traditional Business number with revenue share and free call diversion to UK, and some international destinations, including USA and Eire. It is also widely available from overseas.Business 0871 Numbers
The most flexible business number, this can be routed to the major UK mobile networks (Orange, O2, Vodafone and T-mobile) and is available to many international destinations.Business 0844 Numbers
The low cost marketing number with free EU and USA call international diversion.Cherished Numbers
We have many different types of memorable phone number available for both business and residential users. These range from sequence-memorable (a repeating number) to alpha-memorable (a number that spells a word).
