The scheme is provided to help you and your business get even more from our service. Of course all commission and rewards are subject to our terms and conditions.
Flextel has been in this business for over 10 years and has a lot of experience to help you run a successful reseller campaign or to simply offset some of your personal call costs by earning calling credit on calls to other numbers.
However, you won't be surprised to learn that we also know a thing or too about telecom scams and fraud. To combat this, Flextel has powerful anti-fraud checks in place, to ensure that both Ofcom and PhonepayPlus rules are not being breached, especially those on 070 numbers. If you breach these rules, you risk disconnection without notice, closure of your Account and total loss of all accumulated commission. For details see section 10 regarding suspension of services.
But if you're hoping to create a long term and ethical business, welcome! You can rely on Flextel to deliver and if there's something we can't do, we'll tell you. Flextel is an established company with strong privately funded backing, so you can accumulate commission over many years. There is no time limit and your commission will not "evaporate".
This depends on the number of staff (or lines) answering calls and their individual call handling intensity.
Use this calculator to get a rough guide...
For call commission, just answer the calls as normal and you're already earning commission on eligible codes and calls, but remember Voucher rewards work on all number ranges. To find out how much you've earned so far, just logon to your Account and click Commission.
To earn extra income by referring family, friends, associates, club members and customers to Flextel. All you need to do is make sure that they log on to the Flextel website, using your own special referral link. This link is http://www.flextel.com/ followed by your account number (seen at top right while you're in your account manager): http://www.flextel.com/AXXXXXX
When your customers click on your link, this sets a permanent cookie in their browser. When numbers are connected they are tagged with you as the reseller.
You could also sell your numbers via eBay, via advertising or even in a market or car boot sale (you only need their email address to sell them any one of your numbers).
You'll also get commission on any new numbers they connect to their account... It's that simple! So every Flextel customer is ready to become a "reseller" and earn extra cash!
Once your commission has reached a minimum of £250 you may cash it in. This threshold needs to be set at this relatively high level because before we pay you, due to new Ofcom and PhonepayPlus rules, you are now requred to go through a costly vetting process called "due diligence". This is a similar process to that required when you open an account with a new bank. This can cost up to £90 with Telecom providers, but we don't charge for this service. Don't forget you can convert commission to Vouchers or FlexCredits at any time without going through due diligence. (see below)
Unlike rewards schemes run by many other companies, your Flextel minutes don't expire, they just keep building. Even better, the more minutes you accrue, the more you earn per minute!
If you can't wait to reach £250, then you can buy Flextel Reward Vouchers for as little as £10. Since Vouchers earn a much higher Commission rate than cash and you also can get them on all our numbers, it's well worth considering this option. At a generous rate of 10p per minute, it only takes 100 minutes to earn a £10 Voucher. Use them to purchase additional numbers, either for your own use or for sale and gift to your contacts and friends. There is no due diligence requirement for Vouchers.
You can instantly convert all your eligible cash commission to Flextel prepaid calling credits (FlexCredits). There's no theshold for this and you can convert this commission instantly into FlexCredits, to pay for occasional call forwarding to mobiles and international destinations. There is no due diligence requirement for FlexCredits.
Commission is paid subject to our Terms & Conditions of Service.
