That you have you have clicked the record icon and that the icon is showing red .
Check with your email service provider if they have a size limit for email attachments. The recording of your conference call can be quite a large (wav) file.
Email Blocking
If calls are likely to be longer than one hour you should check that your email provider will permit delivery of large files, as some low cost services block emails of more than 10MB. For more information on your email limit, please check your email service provider's website.
