Over this time we have developed and enhanced highly resilient systems, meeting the stringent requirements of major UK authorities. Our robust systems deliver resilient call management tools such as call queuing, call huntgroups, call blasting and text blasting. These are ideal for the control of emergency call-out rosters and the alert and activation of emergency rescue teams.
Flextel has always been an enthusiastic champion of remote working. To this end our team has enjoyed the benefit of Flexible remote working for a number of years, with every team member being supplied with the tools to work from home. This has always made the Flextel team stronger and more resilient. It has been an extension of our standard working practice for us to immediately adopt the current government Stay-at-Home requirements required to restrict the spread of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) . Since early March, each member of the Flextel core team has been fully isolated from each other to reduce the risk of a synchronous impact of Covid-19 on our team performance.
As you would expect, we have also been working with partners across the industry to closely monitor the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, to ensure that we are taking all the necessary steps to protect the operation of the Flextel services. We have comprehensive business continuity plans in place to protect our critical national infrastructure – ensuring seamless operation for our end users. We have thoroughly tested these plans and have implemented these over the years and work closely with our infrastructure partners, to ensure our continued capability to deliver these critical services.
Thanks to careful planning, plus the efforts of our team members, we are confident that we're in a position to maintain these core services in extreme circumstances. We will continue to review our plans on a daily basis and adapt them, if the situation changes.
Although we've increased our tariff slightly, we're confident that our service still delivers world class value for money, with many powerful call management features still included free of charge.
The call setup fee will increase to 10p per call. This still compares very favourably with call setup fees charged by other major network providers. For example BT's is 23p per call and Vodafone's is 19p per call.
We are pleased to confirm that all Call Plans and UK call costs are unchanged. In-Plan calls will now offer even better value after April, with increased savings of the 10p setup fees.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. All quoted prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
Last year was another great year for Flextel. Besides tuning up the overall service, we also released some powerful new products including:

We also updated all our Smartphone Apps and made them even faster and continue to add many handy features. Using our Apps your mobile be used as your office and you can present your main office number, even if it's not provided by Flextel!
